Chamber raises £3,500 for Pedal Power

On Friday 31st March, members of West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce visited Pedal Power to present the Trustees with a cheque for £3500! Pedal Power was selected as the charity of choice at the Chamber's annual St David’s Day dinner at the Quay Hotel & Spa in Deganwy earlier in March.

Phil Jones, Chairman of the West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce Focus Group, said "On behalf of the Focus Group, The Board of Directors and the Membership for the West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce, I would like to thank everyone who spent many months planning the Chamber's St David's Dinner event in March 2017 for their hard work, dedication and determination to support the charity. It was through the many individual and company donations of raffle prizes and auction prizes that helped to raise the £3500 on the night. The event was kindly sponsored by Cullimore Dutton Solicitors and hosted at the Quay Hotel & Spa in Deganwy, North Wales.”

Karen Balmer, Founder and Trustee of Cycling 4 All said “We are so grateful to the Chamber of Commerce for hosting the St David’s Day dinner to raise money for Cycling 4 All /Pedal Power. It was a wonderful event and the support and kindness of the chamber members was wonderful to see.”

A huge thank you to everyone who gave so generously.
